Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Pad Thai noodles
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Pad Thai noodles in warm water for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
