Pappardelle with Garlic, Olives, Ricotta, and Sage Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pappardelle pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
