Parmentier Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
