Partridges with Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 4 Partridges, cleaned and gutted
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until it is crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Season the partridge with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, brown the partridges on all sides until they are golden brown. This step should take about 8 minutes. Remove the partridges and set aside.
