Ingredients:
- 1 pound white fish fillets (cod, haddock or pollock)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
Instructions:
- Cut the fish fillets into 1 inch strips and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- In a third shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each fish strip in the flour mixture, then dunk it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs.
