Pitta di Potato Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
