Polenta Reblochon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup instant polenta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz. Reblochon cheese, diced
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and black pepper to the water.
  2. Sprinkle the polenta into the boiling water, whisking continuously for about 2 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir for an additional 3-5 minutes until the polenta becomes thick and creamy.
  4. Add in the diced Reblochon cheese, butter, milk, garlic, and half of the chopped parsley, stirring until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
  5. Remove the polenta from heat. Serve hot and garnish with the remaining chopped parsley.
