Polenta Reblochon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup instant polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz. Reblochon cheese, diced
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and black pepper to the water.
- Sprinkle the polenta into the boiling water, whisking continuously for about 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir for an additional 3-5 minutes until the polenta becomes thick and creamy.
- Add in the diced Reblochon cheese, butter, milk, garlic, and half of the chopped parsley, stirring until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
- Remove the polenta from heat. Serve hot and garnish with the remaining chopped parsley.
