Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs (about 3-4 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork ribs.
  4. Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet, bone-side down.
  5. Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine apricot jam, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  7. Cook over medium-low heat until the jam is melted and the sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove the pork ribs from the oven and brush the apricot sauce on top.
  9. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes and the ribs are sticky.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
