Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs (about 3-4 pounds)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork ribs.
- Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet, bone-side down.
- Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
