Potato and Cabbage Trinxat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1lb potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
