  • 1 poularde (chicken)

  • 10g flour

  8. Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, until the poularde is cooked through and the sauce has thickened up.
  9. Remove the bouquet garni and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  10. Serve the poularde hot with the sauce and some roasted vegetables of your choice.
