Prawn Curry with Coconut Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- Water, as needed

Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until soft and golden.
- Next, add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Pour the coconut milk into the pan and stir to combine. If the curry is too thick, add water as needed. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Once the curry has simmered for 5-10 minutes and the flavors have combined, add the prawns and cook until they are pink and cooked through for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves if desired.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
