Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4-6 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 6 equal squares.
