Puffed Omelettes with Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in a bowl until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
