Ingredients

  • 1 pack of noodles
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
