  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Clean the rabbit thoroughly, removing any excess fat or organs.

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Heat oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Add the rabbit and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the rabbit is browned on the outside.
  6. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the rabbit is cooked through.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
