Ricotta Wrapped Supremes

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken supremes, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
