Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg boneless pork shoulder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions:
