Roasted Bread and Pea Dhal Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow split peas
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices of bread (preferably sourdough)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
