Roasted Duckling with Orange Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole duckling, about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
