Roasted Goose with Chestnuts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 whole goose (5-6 lbs.)
- 1 lb. chestnuts, peeled and halved
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
Directions:
