Roasted Monkfish with Yuzukosho Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb monkfish fillet
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp yuzukosho paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
