Roasted Quail, Raw Ham and Chestnuts
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh quails
- 8 slices of raw ham
- 1 cup of chestnuts, peeled and roasted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
