Saddle of Lamb with Hay Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 saddle of lamb (about 1.2kg)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100g butter
- 100g fresh hay
- 50ml red wine
Instructions:
