Salmon Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and sliced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
