Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and sliced into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
