Salmon Papillote with Candied Lemon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut 4 sheets of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each about 15 inches long.
- Place a salmon fillet in the center of each parchment sheet.
