Saltimbocca: Reblochon Recipe

Reblochon cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 4 slices of Reblochon cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place each veal cutlet between to sheets of cling film and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
  2. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and top each one with 2 slices of Parma ham and 1 slice of Reblochon cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the cutlets.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the cutlets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
