Saltimbocca: Reblochon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 veal cutlets
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 4 slices of Reblochon cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Place each veal cutlet between to sheets of cling film and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
- Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and top each one with 2 slices of Parma ham and 1 slice of Reblochon cheese.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cutlets.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cutlets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
