Sea Bream Fillets in Linden Infusion

Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bream fillets, about 150g each
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup linden leaves
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup fish or vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
  3. Add the linden leaves and stir well.
