Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bream steaks (approximately 6 oz each)
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced zucchinis and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly firm. Remove from skillet and set aside.
