Shell Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. small shells pasta
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
