Shell Gratin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. small shells pasta
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add the cooked shells pasta to the cheese sauce and stir until the pasta is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
