Shrimp and Garlic Tagliatelle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tagliatelle pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook tagliatelle according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add them to the pan. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add white wine to the pan and cook until reduced by half. Add cooked tagliatelle and shrimp to the pan and toss to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
