Shrimp-Curry Bagel Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves and sliced tomato for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. Cut each bagel in half and place them on a baking sheet. Lightly toast them for about 5 minutes and then set them aside.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes or until they start to turn pink.
