Shrimps with Mango Butter and Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the mango and honey, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mango is soft.
  4. Remove the mango mixture from the pan and puree until smooth using a blender or food processor.
