Sole Soup – Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 sole fillets, roughly chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
