Spaghettini with Mussels and Tarragon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghettini
  • 4 dozen mussels, scrubbed and debearded
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettini and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
