Spelled Risotto Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup spelled (farro)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions

- Season the spelled risotto with salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs.
