Spinach Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until well blended.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat the pan evenly.
