Steamed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts on a plate or in a dish and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Remove the chicken from the steamer basket and place it on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve hot.
