Sweet Potatoes, Sorrel, Salters, Green Meat Radish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 bunch of sorrel, washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of salters (or capers), drained
  • 1 green meat radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the diced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
