Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, washed
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch (23cm) pie dish. Set aside.
