Tagliatelle with Green Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 200g Tagliatelle Pasta
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1/2 cup of peas
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente.

Stir everything together until the pasta is coated in the vegetables and the pasta water has mixed with the oil, creating a light sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
