  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toasted bread and fresh lettuce for serving
