Tian with Raclette from Valais AOP Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lb zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb Raclette cheese from Valais AOP, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes, until translucent.
- Add the potatoes and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Stir occasionally.
- Transfer the cooked vegetables to a large baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Raclette cheese over the vegetables.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve this tian with raclette from Valais AOP hot out of the oven, accompanied by a nice salad or some crusty bread on the side. This dish is perfect for a dinner party or a cozy night in with friends or family.
