Tomato Tart Recipe: Easy 3 Steps

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust
  • 6-8 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 375°F. Place the pie crust on a baking sheet and prick it all over with a fork. Bake it for 10 minutes.
