Ingredients:

  • 4 whole trout, cleaned and butterflied
  • 2 medium sized zucchinis, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
