Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
