Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs veal chuck
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
