Vegetable Pasta: Swiss Chard Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, washed and chopped into small pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

  4. Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet with Swiss chard. Toss all ingredients together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Take off heat and serve hot with parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
