Vietnamese Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut off the top of each tomato and scoop out the seeds and pulp using a spoon. Set aside.
