Zucchini and Smoked Salmon Croque-Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini, grated
- 6 slices of bread, crusts removed
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a 22cm cake tin and set aside.
- Lay the bread slices on a flat surface and spread the cream cheese on one side of each slice.
