Asparagus Tart
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
